Refund policy

At My Padel Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item(s).

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at Info@mypadelfashion.com. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Info@mypadelfashion.com and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
